Shipping policy

Many Existential Garnish products are made to order and fulfilled through independent production and shipping partners. Because of this, processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates may vary by product.

Processing and production

After you place an order, your items may be sent to production before they are shipped. Production time varies depending on the product, supplier, and destination. Any product-specific or checkout estimate is the most current estimate available for your order.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping options and rates

Available shipping destinations, methods, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the items in your order and your shipping address.

Shipping is currently available to the United States and select international destinations. Not every product may be available for delivery to every destination.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains products made or fulfilled by different partners, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You may also receive more than one tracking number.

Delivery delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected carrier. Existential Garnish is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, customs processing, address errors, or other circumstances outside our control.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Existential Garnish cannot guarantee delivery or replacement for packages delayed or returned because of incorrect or incomplete address information.
