Refund policy
As I am in the building process of this shop, I have done my best to craft a return policy that balances the desire to best serve ExGarn patrons with the realities of the policies of my production and fulfillment providers. I anticipate altering this policy as the ExGarn site evolves and I acclimate myself to the details and logistics of ecommerce.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or if you receive a product that you did not order, please notify me at returns@petevr.com as soon as possible (within 10 days of delivery). I will work with my suppliers to arrange for a replacement and keep you informed during the process.
PRODUCTS THAT YOU RECEIVED THAT ARE AS-ORDERED
If you wish to return any other item, again, it's critical to email me FIRST at info@existentialgarnish.com and explain the situation. Keep in mind that I require any as-ordered product that is not damaged, faulty or incorrect to be in NEW, unwashed, unsoiled condition to be eligible for a return. Also, for what it's worth, consider that I will be eating the entire cost of your purchase and shipping as a fledgling retailer and would like to be around to serve you with a growing selection of one-of-a-kind art and apparel for years to come. In other words, maybe you think the shirt color you chose doesn't quite bring out your eyes enough. Give it time. It may end up being your favorite go-to tee, plus you'll have saved me a hit to my bottomline, increasing the chances I'll be here to offer even more unique gems in the future.
That said, if you have emailed me FIRST at info@existentialgarnish.com to explain your return AND I have authorized you to send me your item(s), you have 15 days from the day of delivery to send the item(s) to:

The return will need to be packaged and delivered at your expense.
Once I receive the item, I will determine whether it is a new, unwashed, unsoiled product in its original packaging and whether it qualifies as an acceptable return.
If it's approved, I will issue your refund as an emailed Pete VR gift card in the amount of the returned product price and it's shipping cost. So, if you wish to reorder the product, you can use the virtual card to make the new purchase. Prices and shipping costs may vary slightly, so your card amount may not match the price of the new order down to the last cent.
Again, a more streamlined process is hopefully to come, but please bear with me in the building phase.
